Ramadhan Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. 1. This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. If anyone that enter aged 18 or below then the prize has to go to an adult from the same residence.
   2. The Promotion is not open to employees or agencies of Ramadhan Publications, their group companies, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Promotion.

   3. Entry into the Promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   4. To enter the Promotion, please follow the instructions on the giveaway page and any social media channel. 
   5. Entries will only be accepted via Instagram or Facebook. 
   6. The winning entry will be cross checked with the rules of the giveaway. 
   7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
   8. The closing date and time of the Promotion is 13:00 on Eid Day (if there are two Eid’s then closing date is on the second Eid) following which the draw will be made. Entries received after the closing date will not be processed.

   9. The winner will be selected at random from all the complete entries.
   10. Ramadhan Publications decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   11. One winner will receive two adult Economy tickets to Doha, Qatar.
   12. The dates of travel must be given to Home and Away by 1^st September 2024 and to travel by March 1^st, 2025.
   13. Prize flights are subject to availability. If the date you choose is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer you a suitable alternative. Black out dates when travel is not permitted include on any Bank holidays or School holidays)
   14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
   15. Tickets will be issued directly to the winner by Home and Away Holidays, 35 Melton Road, Leicester 0116 266 7778.
   16. Hotel must be booked for the entire duration of stay from Home and Away holidays, Leicester.
   17. The winner will be notified by telephone by Ramadhan Publications on Eid day. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Ramadhan Publications will select another winner at random and the same process will apply until a winner accepts the prize.

   18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or discounts. Ramadhan Publications accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, transfers to and from airports, spending money, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, or any travel visas required.
   19. The winner is responsible for obtaining and possessing a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity for entire duration of trip), insurance and any visas that may be required.

   20. Name of the winner will be announced on this website and social media.
   21. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Ramadhan Publications, Home and Away Holidays or the Airline or Hotel for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation because of its negligence.

   22. Ramadhan Publications and Home and Away Holidays accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting and taking up the prize.
   23. Ramadhan Publications reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of Ramadhan Publications in all matters under its control is final and binding.

Eid Competition Terms and conditions
